It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation in support of Dr. Clarence Clottey. As Founder and President of Kairos Development Mission, I have had the privilege of working closely with Dr. Clottey during our Medical Mission Trip to Asamankese and the rural communities of Ghana’s Eastern Region.

Throughout the mission, Dr. Clottey demonstrated exceptional leadership, compassion, and professionalism. After days of treating both adults and children at our makeshift rural clinics and completing examinations of all students in the His Majesty’s and Church of Pentecost schools in Asamankese, Dr. Clottey devoted an afternoon to engage with over 2,000 students of the Asamankese Senior High School. His seminar on Wellness and Adolescent Health, with a focus on sexually transmitted disease prevention, was both inspiring and deeply impactful. His ability to connect with the youth—balancing scientific insight with empathy and clarity—left a lasting impression on all present.

I had the honour of supporting the session alongside Dr. Stephen Addai (Medical Director, KADEM) and wife, Mrs. Maud Addai (Midwife), answering questions and witnessing firsthand the depth of Dr. Clottey’s commitment to holistic health and community empowerment. Beyond his clinical acumen, he consistently infused our mission with humor, joy, humility, and a spirit of camaraderie, making a profound difference in the morale and unity of the entire team.
